MBPI - Mind Body Program Intervention techniques are curated for today's modern environment. The techniques have been reworked from India's Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) and China's The Way (Taoism) to help individuals approach each situation in life with the right solution.
1) Start acting, not reacting - When we are approached by a difficult circumstance or situation the immediate response is to react. Reaction can lead to intensifying hurt feelings within ourselves, a more explosive experience and ultimately the wrong action. Allow yourself to realign with your goal and then act towards the goal rather than getting caught up in the moment.
2) Give yourself some time - Often times we feel like we need to give an experience an answer right away. Often when we make rash decisions without thinking about the bigger picture we might make the wrong decision for ourselves. Always allow yourself to take some time before making any decisions.
3) Take care of yourself - When you take more care of yourself your senses become more aware, more acute, more finesse. When our mind has sharpened we are able to make decisions with more mental focus and one is able to cultivate the right solution for themselves and everyone around.
